  • Receipt of the digital promo coupon does not guarantee the reservation.

  • Upon submission of the reservation request. Booking will be confirmed by THIA wellness via email or WhatsApp.

  • Discount coupon is valid for 3 months after issue.

  • Discount to be redeemed only via the (THIA wellness) website bookings portal.

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or membership.

  • Can only be redeemed at THIA wellness - urban, Central.

  • THIA wellness reserves the right to change and adjust the Terms and Conditions at any time, and without notice.

  • THIA Wellness - Urban operates in accordance with the Hong Kong Massage License Ordinance -exemption clause Section 3 - F & G. Male customers are welcome to receive the following massage services only: 1) Foot & Lower Leg Massage & 2) Head, Neck & Shoulder Msassage. All other services have no restrictions.

  • In avoidance of any doubt, should there be a discrepancy in the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
