Lena

Lead Spa Therapist

Lena brings a wealth of experience to THIA thanks to her background in the luxury hospitality spa and wellness industry. Most notably, prior to joining THIA, Lena has worked at the esteemed Clear Water Bay Golf & Country Club.

​

Her aptitude in spa therapy includes, but is not limited to, Deep & Soft Tissue Massage, Reflexology and Facial therapies. Amongst Lena's extensive qualifications, she holds ITEC qualifications in Holistic Massage and Beauty Therapy. Prior to her career in spa and wellness, Lena was certified in traditional postnatal massage.

Crystal

Lead Wellness  Instructor

Crystal Chung holds an internationally recognized 200-hour yoga instructor certificate and is a registered instructor with the Hong Kong Yoga Association. Crystal is also a certified aerial yoga instructor and provides a range of wellness training sessions including ground stretching, detox, slimming and core fitness yoga classes

 

Crystal also provides personalized one-on-one coaching in physical therapy yoga, which is ideal for supporting overall wellness and recovery in athletes and sports people. With a core philosophy of facilitating health and happiness in as many people as possible, she also enjoys coaching children and their parents on the benefits of family yoga.

Kaman

Wellness Class Instructor

Kaman Yip is a 500-hour-certified yoga teacher and sound facilitator. With a varied style that combines powerful elements with playful and fun moments, Kaman’s deep expertise lies in interweaving
the Dharma lineage of yoga with movement.

 

Kaman began her yoga journey in 2004 and has been teaching since 2014. She firmly believes that yoga practice is a lifelong journey that encompasses all aspects of physical health,
mental tranquillity and spiritual enlightenment.

 

A creative and dynamic teacher, Kaman has trained in various disciplines under some of the wellness world’s leading practitioners – including Dheesan Yoga with Master Sudhakar, Advanced Bryce Yoga with Briohny Smyth and Dice Iida-Klein, Functional Anatomy with Ellen Heed, Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga with Dr Jean Byrne and Michelle Papa, and Gong Training with Martha Collard of Red Doors Studio.

 

She also incorporates Pranayama (breathwork) and Sound Meditation into her teaching, resulting in a 360-degree practice that delivers deeply therapeutic outcomes.

Minnie

Wellness Class Instructor

Minnie discovered both yoga and meditation around the same time, over a decade ago. She has continued to deepen her experience of both practices throughout the years, which has not only helped her learn more about herself but has also been an essential tool to further her personal growth.

A certified 200 hours yoga teacher, Minnie firmly believes that incorporating meditation and mindfulness into yoga classes completes the practice, effectively closing the circle that connects the mind with the body.

Tammie

Nutritional Wellness Chef

Tammie Tsang, N.C., is a professionally trained chef and a certified functional Nutrition Consultant based in Hong Kong. She attended Natural Gourmet Institute, New York and Bauman College, in California. She has worked in mission-based restaurants such as Blue Hill at Stone Barns in New York (2 Michelin stars), has cooked in the prestigious James Beard House in New York, and Grassroots Pantry, Hong Kong. 

 

She shares her knowledge in combining professional cooking techniques with holistic nutrition to promote sustainable and health-supportive choices in the kitchen. Her services include migration to a healthy family or an individual's diet, practical and delicious meal plans, engaging workshops, customised cooking classes, to longer-term functional nutrition healing programs for those suffering from Non-Communicable Diseases.

Camay

Operations Manager

Camay brings to HKGTA a wealth of experience centered in the hospitality spa & wellness industry. Most notably, for the last 12 years, Camay has managed various luxury hotels, Resort spas in Fiji Island, and well-known day spas in Hong Kong. Camay was also an official treatment trainer of Thalgo.

 

Camay has extensive qualifications in Wellness Management and Holistic treatments. She is also a registered Physiotherapists Assistant (PTA).
