At the Hong Kong Gold & Tennis Academy, the Theragun Sense is used as part of the THIA Signature Full Body Massage, providing targeted functional therapy to clients. This service is particularly valued by patrons engaging in programs like the Rafeal Nadal Tennis Academy and PGA Golf, offering tailored solutions for recovery and improved physical performance.

THERABODY SENSE

The Theragun Sense by Therabody is a versatile massage gun that combines percussive therapy with additional wellness features. Along with its primary function as a massage gun, it includes built-in routines for guided massage sessions and even offers a breathing exercise feature. This added function uses a biometric sensor, which tracks the user’s heart rate during sessions and helps incorporate relaxation techniques. Users can engage with its routines through an intuitive display and directional buttons on the device, or by connecting to the Therabody app.

The Sense model is designed to be lightweight and compact, weighing just 700 grams, which makes it convenient for on-the-go use. It offers five different speed settings, four interchangeable attachments, and runs quietly compared to other models.
