GIFT CARD 

1. Advance booking is required.

2. All reservations are subject to availability.

3. (If physical card issued) The original gift card must be presented at reception upon check-in.

4. The gift card can not be exchanged for cash.

5. The gift card is valid for 6 months upon being issued. No refund is permitted after expiration.

6. Services are only available to persons over the age of 16 years old.

7. Cash Value Gift Cards can be redeemed against services and retail.

8. 24hrs notice must be given for cancellation or to change any reserved time. Failing to do so will render the gift voucher redeemed.

9. All guests must abide by the rule and regulations of THIA Wellness.

10. THIA Wellness reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.

RETAIL - REFUND & EXCHANGES

1. All products and items purchased at THIA Wellness cannot be returned or exchanged. 

2. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only. If THIA Wellness determines, in its sole discretion, that the product is defective, you will be eligible to exchange your product. THIA reserves the right to send the product back to the original manufacturer to test your defective products, prior to approving any exchange.
