RETAIL - REFUND & EXCHANGES

1. All products and items purchased at THIA Wellness cannot be returned or exchanged. 

2. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only. If THIA Wellness determines, in its sole discretion, that the product is defective, you will be eligible to exchange your product. THIA reserves the right to send the product back to the original manufacturer to test your defective products, prior to approving any exchange.​​

In avoidance of any doubt, should there be a discrepancy in the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
