Spa Therapist — Airport First Class Lounge
Location: Hong Kong International Airport
Employment Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do

Provide professional express travel recovery massage and spa treatments for First Class guests. (Please note: No full-body services are provided.)

Create a calm, welcoming space that reflects Cathay Pacific’s signature hospitality.

Work closely with a supportive, professional team.

Maintain excellent personal grooming and hygiene standards.

Work on a rotating shift schedule.
What We’re Looking For

A positive, energetic and caring attitude.

A strong sense of professionalism and personal presentation.

Experience in a spa, hotel, or wellness environment is an advantage (but not required).

Positive communication skills and a genuine passion for guest care.

Due to our international clientele and operating location. Spoken English is required; Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Hong Kong.
Salary & Benefits

Average Total Monthly Compensation up to HK$25,840, this includes:

HK$24,000, basic salary (depending on experience)

Travel Allowance: HK$400 per month

Duty Meal Allowance: HK$60 per working day

Additional duty allowances apply, not included in above.

5-day work week

Minimum 10 days annual leave

Trainee Spa Therapist - Airport First Class Lounge
Location: Hong Kong International Airport
Employment Type: Full-Time
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about wellness and customer care and are looking to start a professional spa career in a premium, international environment. No previous spa experience is required — full training is provided.

Salary & Benefits
Average Total Monthly Compensation: Up to HK$21,840, including:

Starting Salary: HK$20,000 (with structured salary increases during defined progression periods)
