Usage: Massage onto areas where you feel the muscles are tightened or painful. Repeat as necessary.
 - Add about 8-10 drops into the bath water and immerse yourself for 10-15 minutes. The muscles will feel more relaxed and comfortable. DO NOT remain in the bath water for over 15 minutes.

Ingredients: Carrier oils of Sweet Almond, Jojoba and Safflower, together with essential oils of Wintergreen, Rosemary, Black Pepper, Vetiver, Roman Chamomile, Ginger, Lime, and Basil.
